Terms & Conditions
By completing this checkout (either by you or via an agent on your behalf), you agree to the following terms. Agreement is effective upon payment. Sales calls may be recorded as proof of consent.)
1. No Refunds: All payments are final. No refunds for any reason.
2. 3 Month Minimum Term: Services are subject to a minimum three-month term. Cancellation requires three months' written notice and a 30-day remedy period. Failure to pay or provide proper notice will result in suspension of services and all remaining contract and notice period fees becoming immediately payable.
3. Monthly Fee Activation & Delays: Monthly Fees & CRM Fees begin within 14 days of setup fee payment. To avoid delays, you must respond promptly in LaunchBay.
4. CRM/Phone Wallet Fees: Usage charges apply as follows. Outbound calls are $0.07 per minute, inbound calls are $0.0425 per minute, SMS messages are $0.0415 per 160 characters, AI text conversations are $0.10 per message, and AI voice calls are $0.65 per minute. All fees are billed based on actual usage and are visible in the CRM Wallet.
5. Indemnity & Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or failure (financial or otherwise) resulting from use of our services, systems, tools, software, or third-party providers. There are no exceptions. There is no recourse.
